The predecessor to the Ohio Mobile Dental Group was started by Dr. David Kirkpatrick in 1992 as the Miami Valley Dental Care company. He and his staff pioneered in southwest Ohio in providing mobile dental services to long-term care facilities.

    In 1998 Dr. Butler joined the staff of Miami Valley Dental Care to provide prosthetic and emergency dental services. In 1999 Dr. Butler had the opportunity to purchase the practice and changed the name to The Ohio Mobile Dental Group.

    Since that time OMDG has purchased two new mobile dental units, new x-ray equipment, new sterilization equipment and added additional capable and enthusiastic staff to care for our growing number of long term care facilities.
